For more information about where pipers meet see our Local Groups and Cleveland Branch pages.
If your meeting or event isn't mentioned on any of these pages, or your details need changing please contact website@northumbrianpipers.org.uk and we will amend this as soon as possible.
Society Meetings
The Society normally meets on the third Saturday of the month at 2.30 p.m. in the Morpeth Chantry Bagpipe Museum in Morpeth, Northumberland. Exceptions to this are the months of June and July when we sometimes have "Awayday" meetings at the Ovingham Goose Fair and the Rothbury Festival. The usual Monday meetings are suspended for the time being, but watch this space for further details.
The Cleveland Branch of the Society meets in the community centre at Sedgefield on the second Wednesday of the month.
For other places and dates where the pipes are played, see the monthly event pages, concerts and workshops.
Pipers' Day
The Society organises a day of piping including tuition, informal playing and concert. Like all piping events it's a chance to catch up with old friends and make some new ones. It is usually the first Saturday in August. As soon as this date is fixed it will be published here.
