AGM 2016 voting via Proxy
NPS AGM Voting 2016
Most members should have received a notice about the NPS AGM this year via the Spring 2015 Newsletter mailout. If for any reason you have not, please contact the Secretary.
The AGM will be held at the Chantry Bagpipe Museum, Morpeth NE61 1PD and will start at 11 am.
The usual third Saturday afternoon meeting will follow, at 2.30 pm and will be led by Dan Parkin.
Full details are on your leaflet, but you have a few choices on method of voting:
1) On the Day
Come to the AGM in person.
2) Postal Vote
Fill in the form in the AGM notice nominating a proxy and post it to the Secretary.
The Chairman will act as the default proxy for you if you fill in and sign the form without nominating anyone else to vote for you on the day. (Postal voting closes Monday 12 September 2016).
3) Email your Vote
Email your voting choices to firstname.lastname@example.org stating each resolution number and whether you are for or against each item, or scan your completed form. You may state your choice of proxy, or again the default proxy will be the Chairman. Make sure your name is on the email and matches that on our database. (Email voting closes on Monday 12 September).
We hope this gives all NPS Members wherever they live an opportunity to vote easily. If you have any questions about this procedure or about the AGM, please email email@example.com.
