A Bulletin Board allows its users to post messages which other users can read if they so wish. They can then send messages in response which are again visible to all users who choose to read them.

A Bulletin Board is divided into different forums and in each forum the discussions are separated into various topics. This means that individual users can follow the topics which interest them and ignore the others. Because all the posts on a given subject are kept together, a new user can easily read the whole of a discussion which started before they joined the Bulletin Board. This also means that if a post comes in on a topic which has been covered previously the correspondent can be directed to the previous postings.

In order to gain full access to a Bulletin Board it is necessary to register.
