brass supplier recommendation

I have been using M-machine Metals in Darlington for a few years now:
http://www.m-machine-metals.co.uk/

They have good stocks, are very helpful and well priced, and will deliver by carrier.
They were cheaper by the foot for 20SWG tubing than Smiths in Gateshead, even when Smiths are selling in full 12' lengths.
Holme Dodsworth in Heaton did not have the sizes I wanted ( which were not unusual sizes), but were very cheap for the square stock I use for drone reed bodies.

Cheers
Richard

A very interesting company. They might be a useful resource for a much larger project I am involved with, re-creating an 1898 Baldwin narrow gauge locomotive:-

Yes, they do all sorts of locomotive stuff, I think they were heavily involved with the Tornado project.
