January 2013 Tune of the Month: curious tunes

The secret cabal that decides things met last night during a rousing welcome to the New Year. Decisions were made. Statements were made. Claims, pronouncements, denouncements and gesticulations were made. It was as if FB came alive. Fortunately, no one can remember any of it this morning. Although vague memories of resolutions persist like the throbbing between my temples. To beard or not to beard, that is the question. Whether 'tis nobler this time to grow one's beard to outrageous proportions. Given that the world is getting curiouser and curiouser, we decided that "curious tunes" would be this month's "assignment." It's a wide open category with something for everyone, as we are all in one way or another presumed by others to be "curious," although I prefer "eccentric." That is a compliment, BTW.
Happy New Year!

Here's my contribution to Tune of the Month for January: a curious tune, "Scroggam" from Robbie Burns, whose birthday is coming up, the 25th of January.

Hi Everyone.

here are my attempts at a couple of tunes with 'curious' titles. Why did the ha'penny have a hole?
