what key are my pipes in.

Hi
Please excuse my ignorance regarding my knowledge on northumbrian pipes. I'm thinking of selling my set but don't know what key they are in. When I check them against my tuner, the first three lower keys sound c . D. E , and the bottom open hole sounds in F . Question is, are they are they classed as a C set , or an F set. Thanks in advance for all replies .
