A Plethora of Pipers!

Postby Ptarmigan » Sun Apr 08, 2012 1:27 am

At our session, here in Bushmills, Co. Antrim last night, we were joined by no fewer than 3 Northumbrian Pipers, + 2 Scottish Small pipers & a Nyckelharpa.

'Twas a real treat for us, especially the very sweet sound of this N Pipes & Nyckelharpa Duet.

No, we've had Ullieann, Scottish Small, Border Pipes, GHB & even Leicestershire & Asturian Pipes, but not NSPs. :(

Perhaps they don't go that far West ... maybe it's something to do with the weather!
