Obit: Ian Hardie, fiddler and composer

I've just discovered that Ian Hardie, fiddler, composer and publisher of "A Breath of Fresh Air" died last month. In the early 80s he lived in the Borders near Kirk Yetholm and for while hired a set of nsp from the NPS, but last year he told me he felt he didn't make much progress with them. His best known tune to nsp-ers is perhaps "Snow on the Ben", but there's loads of others - they were all on his website, from which he was happy for folk to download and use them.

....still works at the moment.
