Friday 10 March
1pm – 4pm – Lit & Phil 23 Westgate Road, Newcastle NE1 1SE (MAP)
Lunchtime concert featuring the pipes of Britain and Ireland, followed by afternoon activities. (Ticketed event)
From 7pm – Bridge Hotel Castle Garth, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1RQ (MAP)
Evening social session (no ticket needed). All instruments welcome.
Saturday 11 March
St Andrew’s Church, Newgate Street, Newcastle NE1 5SS (MAP) (Ticketed events)
10am – 5pm – **Exclusively for Festival Pass holders** Performances, presentations and workshops/sessions including: Macedonian gajda performance, Asturian pipes performance, NSP workshop, Lowland/Border pipes session, Uilleann pipes workshop/session, pipemakers’ drop-in meeting, NSP playaround session. 7pm to 9.30pm (doors 6.30pm) – Grand Concert featuring all our festival performers (YouTube LIVESTREAM also available)
10.30pm til late – The Globe Railway Street NE4 7AD (MAP).
