NPS Competitions 2025

The annual NPS competitions will take place at St Andrew’s Church, Newgate Street, Newcastle, on Saturday 4 October 2025.

The first class will begin at 10.30am – entry forms will be available from 10.00am.

Our judges this year will be Pauline Cato (playing classes) and Iain Gelston (composition classes).

Deadline for Overseas and Composition entries is 20 September 2025 (entries should be sent to competitionentries@northumbrianpipers.org.uk).

Winners should have the trophies engraved with the year and their name (at their own expense). If you have a trophy from last year, please return it by the start of the day (or email competitionentries@northumbrianpipers.org.uk to arrange return).
